DeWitt man arrested after troopers say they found child porn of young girls

DeWitt, N.Y. — A man was arrested in DeWitt Thursday because troopers say he uploaded explicit photos and videos of young girls in 2023 and 2024.
Abraham M. Witteman, 40, was charged Thursday with possessing and promoting child pornography involving girls as young as 4 years old, troopers said in a criminal complaint filed in the Town of DeWitt.
Witteman uploaded the explicit content of young girls to a commercial cloud storage and e-mailed some of the content on four occasions in 2023 and 2024, troopers said in the court documents. The content included two videos and two pictures with girls from 4 to 8 years old, they said.
